JOB SUMMARY
Update and maintain inventory transactions to keep warehouse inventories current and accurate. Help with inventory counts and research/resolve discrepancies. Prepare daily reports of issues/transfers.
ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following)
* Update storeroom requisitions, create, and update outlet transfers
* Physically count and input inventories
* Research inventory variances
* Confirm outgoing warehouse orders for accuracy
* Prepare daily summary of COS and other issues out of the warehouse
* Check daily retail sales report against inventory relieved for those sales
* Input items received by warehouse personnel into IP system
* Check receiving worksheets against vendor invoices for accuracy of shipment
* Work with purchasing on receiving and pricing differences
* Work with accounts payable on errors
* Input into IP system items received by areas other than the dock

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Ability to organize and maintain filing system
* Ability to type 35 wpm
* Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
* Skilled in English grammar and spelling
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures
* Ability to perform basic math calculations
* Ability to operate a 10-key
* Ability to operate office equipment such as a computer, 10-key, telephone, fax-machine, photo copier, printer and shredding machine
* Knowledge of warehouse operations
* Experience in food and beverage
* Personal computer skills
* Accounting clerk experience and Stratton Warren IP system experience helpful
* High School diploma or equivalent
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)
* Constant contact with staff and vendors during emergency and non-emergency conditions
* Work is in a warehouse environment that requires constant attention to equipment that is in use and other obstacles that are either stationary or moving
* Work may be performed in areas, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated
* Contact with staff is necessary
* Position requires Team Member to enter & exit from the Team Member entrance which entails 4 flights of stairs (40 steps)
* Requires constant mobility, including standing, walking, and/or sitting 100% of shift
* Requires agility to include occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, twisting and turning; lifting, pulling, carrying, and pushing of boxes weighing up 30 pounds. Requires constant use of office equipment including but not limited to computer terminal, keyboard, mouse, 10 key, printer, photo copier, telephone, fax machine and shredding machine
* Normal vision range is required
* Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
