We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Registration Coordinator (Temporary) to join our team and help keep our household goods relocation services running smoothly. • Be the First Point of Action - Receive and register orders with accuracy and efficiency, kickstarting the relocation process.
• Drive Operational Excellence - Input critical shipment details into our tracking systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Coordinate Like a Pro - Communicate with steamship lines, trucking vendors, and railroads to keep shipments moving smoothly.
• Keep Things Organized - Maintain schedules, logs, and tasks while ensuring compliance with contract standards and customer requirements.
• Support the Team - Assist with office tasks such as scanning, document management, and mail distribution.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction - Help uphold our high department KPIs and deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience - 1+ years in a similar role with increasing responsibilities.
• Tech-Savvy - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Speed & Accuracy - Ability to type 40 WPM and use ten-key by touch.
• Strong Communicator - Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Team Player - Works well independently and thrives in a team-based environment.
• Customer-Focused - Dedicated to building professional relationships and delivering quality service.
• Detail-Oriented - High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
