Believe and demonstrate the GSR Vision and Mission Statement. Take beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders in to POS system. Deliver orders following required standards for the position. Prepare tableside items as requested by customer; anticipate guests needs. Complete all side work including but not limited to: wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, etc. Polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, etc. in order to prepare tables and stations. Breakdown stations, carts and tables at close of restaurant. Explain menu to the guests and answer any questions they may have. Always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service. KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES:Previous restaurant experience preferred.
