The Material Handling Associate will safely and efficiently move and organize materials in the warehouse, supporting production operations for timely delivery and storage locations. This individual must possess a strong work ethic, be dependable, and appreciate teamwork in a fast-paced, safety-oriented manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate Safety equipment, including forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, flatbed carts, etc.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, safety guidelines, and procedures
• Evaluate the processes and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report any discrepancies.
• Work with production teams to ensure they receive RM that is needed for daily activities.
• Deliver materials from requests made to the Warehouse and deliver them to the production line.
• Ensure materials are presented correctly: labeled, oriented, and accessible.
• Ensure correct part numbers, revisions, and lot codes are delivered.
• Report damaged or suspect materials immediately.
• Able to use pallet jacks, bonus if forklift certified or willing to work towards the certification.
• Organization and auditing of the Materials cage on a weekly basis.
• Able to pivot to special projects and tasks that are not included in the above bullet points.
