Job Title: Long-Distance Truck Driver - Earn $1,500-$2,200/Week - 3,000+ Miles/Week

Overview:

Drivers will typically spend 1-3 weeks on the road, with the option to take their truck home during time off. We also provide opportunities for those with experience in freight dispatching or driver recruiting to earn extra income on the road.

Compensation:

• $1,500-$2,200 per week, depending on mileage and account.

• Sign-on bonus - a one-time bonus offered for new team members (details shared upon application)

• Performance bonuses - additional earnings for safe driving and successful delivery milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial truck over long distances in line with DOT regulations.

• Efficiently complete deliveries while adhering to schedules.

• Maintain direct communication with your assigned freight dispatcher.

• Submit all necessary documents (driver's license, medical card, application) via the system.

• Evaluate loads before acceptance—no forced dispatch.

• Opportunity for additional income for drivers with dispatching or recruiting experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of OTR trucking experience.

• Fewer than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

• No history of participation in SAP programs, DUIs, drug failures, or RECs.

• Experience in freight dispatching or driver recruiting is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and dependability.

• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain compliance.
