Warehouse Associate
$22-$23/hr
This role supports a data center operation by receiving, shipping, picking, and packing servers and related equipment. You accurately manage inventory using computer applications, primarily Excel and Word, while working in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive servers and related equipment into the warehouse, verifying quantities and inspecting for accuracy and condition.
- Prepare servers and equipment for shipment, including packing, labeling, and staging orders according to established procedures.
- Pick and pack server orders accurately based on order documentation and inventory records.
- Use computer applications, including Excel, to maintain accurate inventory records and track incoming and outgoing items.
- Perform inventory control tasks such as counting, organizing, and updating stock levels for servers and related components.
- Follow established processes for shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle mechanical and general labor tasks related to warehouse operations, such as basic assembly or disassembly of equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and support overall warehouse efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Experience with picking and packing orders in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes, including handling servers or technical equipment.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word, for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory records.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse setting, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
- Comfort working with mechanical or assembly-related tasks as needed in a warehouse environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical assembly or construction-related tasks in an industrial or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with handling technical equipment such as servers or similar hardware.
- Ability to follow established procedures and adapt to evolving warehouse processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
